Richmond Council has admitted that it has still not got Tranport for London (TfL) to agree its plan to divert two bus routes in Twickenham to create an alternative interchange so that it can remove King Street bus stops.

The recent Department For Education report “Pupils not claiming free school meals” shows that
Richmond is top of the league of local authorities for parents failing to claim free school meals
for their children when they are entitled to do so ( about 33% ). By not claiming it means that the
