Andy Hale
Andy Hale has lived in the local area for 12 years. He is passionate about ensuring housing service standards are significantly improved in both the social and private sectors.
Andy is a successful rowing coach whose students have won gold medals at British Championships. He is a gardener and groundsman by trade.
He enjoys playing the drums, playing for multiple Barnes Community Players’ pantomimes and musicals since 2011.
Andy first joined the Lib Dems in 2003, when he was 18. He believes in common-sense solutions for helping the people of Barnes.
Duncan Rasor
Duncan Rasor is committed to making change happen for good.
Since first being elected as President of the King's College London Student’s Union, through 5 years as a British Army Officer in Northern Ireland and Kosovo, to almost 30 years as an operations professional in the insurance industry, both in London & New York, Duncan has always fought to make things better.
Duncan has lived locally for 5 years with his wife and young family, and would be honoured to fight for the people of Barnes
Fiona Sacks
Fiona Sacks wants to continue to build a fairer, greener, safer and thriving community in Barnes, where she lives.
Fiona wants to ensure public funds are spent wisely, protecting our environment, bringing our community together and speaking up for those without a voice. Fiona is a former civil servant, having worked in the Foreign Office, and is a qualified teacher of English as a foreign language.
Fiona joined the Lib Dems because she supports a free, fair and open society, and is passionately pro-European and internationalist with an outward looking approach to global issues.
