James Chard
James Chard lives in the local area, and has been your local councillor for the past eight years.
James is a passionate Vice Chair of the Transport and Air Quality Committee, and has been particularly involved in ensuring work has at least begun on the regeneration of the riverside in central Twickenham.
Outside council work, James serves his community as a solicitor and also recently completed a PhD in Psychology.
Andrew Duncan
Andrew Duncan has proudly raised his family in this magnificant borough, and is passionate about giving back to the community that has given him so much. Andrew is committed to supporting the businesses and residents of Richmond Riverside, especially at a time of increasing financial pressure.
Andrew represented Great Britain in sprint canoeing, an experience that instilled discipline, resilience and teamwork. He then dedicated thirty years to serving in the Metropolitan Police Force, always putting the community first.
A career highlight for Andrew was serving at Richmond Council as the Mayor's Macebearer, supporting eleven Mayors at civic events and proudly representing our borough.
Julia Neden-Watts
With eight years experience as a councillor, Deputy Leader Julia Neden-Watts brings a history of care for Twickenham.
Julia cares deeply about our parks, playgrounds, trees and rivers, and is a champion for promoting healthy and active lives for our children. Outside of politics, Julia loves hiking, playing piano and baking cakes.
