Carey Bishop
Carey Bishop is running for re-election because she cares deeply about the local community in Hampton, and about Richmond borough, the borough she grew up in.
Carey wants to effect positive change which supports residents. She believes in fairness, community politics and standing up for people who feel unheard.
Carey is passionate about supporting young people in their careers and wellbeing, and will always put local people at the heart of decision-making. As a businesswoman, serving councillor and former magistrate, Carey is well placed to represent the area in which she lives, with sincere and open politics.
Jeremy Davis
Jeremy Davis was elected as a councillor four years ago. Throughout his time as a councillor, Jeremy has done his best work on behalf of Hampton North's residents, where he looks to help individuals. He has used his professional experience as a qualified accountant on the Audit Committee, and has worked on both the Transport Committee, improving public transport, and on the Planning Committee, where he seeks to balance community needs.
Jeremy has lived locally for most of the last forty years, and has a deep affection and knowledge of the area.
Elizabeth Gant
Elizabeth Gant has lived in Hampton for almost thirty years, having brought her family up locally as a single parent.
Elizabeth has been a ward councillor for Hampton North since 2022, and has loved getting to know and appreciate the area and the people who live here in a whole new way.
Elizabeth is seeking re-election so she can continue fighting for Hampton North, and can continue making a positive impact.
Outside of politics, Elizabeth works in academic publishing for the University of London.
