Helen Baxter
Helen Baxter is a chartered accountant and works locally. Trained as an auditor, she works in finance roles for charities.
Helen's last role was for a charity, providing grants to young social entrepreneurs internationally, prioritising interventions at the grassroots level, as local communities know best what they need.
It was this focus on local campaigning that drew Helen to local politics. She first entered politics following the EU referendum, having been lucky enough to benefit from the Erasmus programme herself.
Jim Millard
Jim Millard has represented Hampton Wick and South Teddington since 2018.
Having grown up in the borough, and raised his family here, Jim is proud to serve the community he calls home.
As Joint Deputy Leader of the Council, and Finance Lead, Jim is committed to responsible leadership and strengthening local communities.
